Couple the Hellephant crate engine and Tesla electric power,
then build a prototype racer
around it.
The open-wheeler will be based on a slightly-shrunken Toro Rosso STR12 style car, but it will have fenders covering
the
wheels and suspension so that it can get on Pikes Peak.
